On registering for the conference, participants (also referred to as “you”) are entering an agreement with Organisers. By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.

Registration The Conference registration is available online. The registration is binding.

Registration Fees The registration fees are listed at Registration and Accommodation page.
Registration fees include the following services:

  • Participation in all lectures and access to the exhibition area
  • Congress bag including programme
  • Admission to Opening Ceremony & Get-Together Cocktail
  • Coffee and lunches in the exhibition area during the breaks

Payment & Invoice Upon completing the on-line registration you will receive a proforma invoice. It will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Confirmation of registration Confirmation of Registration and payment will be confirmed by e-mail.

Changes to registration Changes to your original application for registration will be accepted before 4th September, 2021 and should be sent in writing to the BIO 2021 Registration Team to:

Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation a written notification must be sent in writing to the BIO 2021 Registration Team (bio2020@mazurkas.pl)
  • Cancellations received no later than 30th June 2021 will be refunded less 50% of paid amount.
  • Cancellations received after 30th June 2021 will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be paid after closing the Congress.

Consent to be photographed As a registered participant, I hereby authorise the Organiser and its official photographers/videographers to photograph me within the context of
the BIO 2021 International Conference on Development and Applications of Nuclear Technologies for use on the Conference website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.

Other photography Conference participants are entitled to take photographs at the BIO 2021 International Conference on Development and Applications of Nuclear Technologies for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if participants object to being photographed in these circumstances.
